About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Crypto Banking Operations Manager to join our team at SoFi Bank. This role will be responsible for managing our new crypto product line, including crypto trading, clearing, transfers, and custody, as well as traditional banking functions like fiat on- and off-ramps, payments, settlement, and liquidity management. The Senior Crypto Banking Operations Manager will play a key role in the launch and distribution of SoFiUSD, a SoFi-issued stablecoin designed to streamline payments and value transfer for both retail and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage crypto deposits, withdrawals, and custody
→Develop fiat deposits and withdrawals processes
→Execute manual account-level operations for Fraud, AML, and Member services
→Aid in the development of automation for critical processes
→Provide support for promotions and rewards design and execution
→Manage Corporate inventory of crypto assets and stablecoin balances
→Process documentation, audit, and controls management
→Ensure security and risk controls are in place

Requirements

✓Deep subject matter expertise in crypto transfers, banking operations, and the broader crypto ecosystem
✓12+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial services, with 5+ years in the fintech operations sector
✓Demonstrated success overseeing a financial operations-related line of business or service line
✓Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
✓Entrepreneurial instincts
✓A clear commitment to operating to the letter and spirit of regulatory and risk parameters
✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
