About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to join our Home Loans team. This role involves building cutting-edge technology systems that support our lending business and directly impact our members.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the technical evolution of key platform subsystems
- →Resolve complex problems in platform design and implementation
- →Leverage existing solution patterns and differentiate when necessary
- →Understand data models, APIs, scaling concerns, and failure modes
- →Create stability by writing meaningful tests and debugging complex issues
- →Create clear design and operational documentation
- →Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- ✓3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- ✓Proficient coding in Java, Kotlin, or similar object-oriented languages
- ✓Experience with GIT, CI/CD systems, and public cloud infrastructure
- ✓Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Spring Boot
- ✓Deep understanding of relational and document database fundamentals
- ✓Understanding of distributed systems concepts
