About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Senior Software Engineers to lead the development of key advancements to our next-generation financial services platform. This role involves building features, capabilities, and member experiences for our market-leading loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the technical evolution of key platform subsystems
- →Resolve problems in platform design and implementation
- →Leverage existing solution patterns and differentiate when necessary
- →Understand data models, APIs, scaling concerns, and failure modes
- →Write meaningful tests and debug complex issues across multiple system layers
- →Create clear design and operational documentation
- →Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- ✓3+ years of professional Software Engineer experience
- ✓Proficient coding in Java, Kotlin, or similar object-oriented languages
- ✓Experience with GIT and related CI/CD systems
- ✓Experience with public cloud compute, storage, and infrastructure
- ✓Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Spring Boot
- ✓Deep understanding of relational and document database fundamentals
- ✓Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts
