About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join SoFi's Technology organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You will work cross-functionally with the People Team and collaborate with product and business unit leaders to scale their teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate with key business stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- βProactively recruit and maintain relationships with senior talent
- βIdentify candidates through various methods including cold calling, lead generation, and social networking
- βManage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience
- βBe a thought partner with leaders to establish recruitment strategies
- βAdvocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process
- βUnderstand and summarize candidate's key strengths and requirements
- βOrganize and facilitate interview debriefs
- βWork closely with Compensation, Talent Programs, and People Analytics teams
Requirements
- β3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
- βExperience with traditional and non-traditional recruiting methodologies
- βFull lifecycle candidate management including identification, interview preparation, and closing
- βAbility to assess candidate's technical abilities and behavioral traits
- βSelf-starter, motivated, and detailed/results-oriented
- βStrong organizational skills
- βTeam player
- βAbility to connect and communicate effectively with people of all levels
