About the Role
The AI and Data Governance Lead is responsible for building and operationalizing the enterprise AI and data governance program. This role establishes governance infrastructure, processes, and a steward network to enable responsible management of AI initiatives and data assets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, recruit, and onboard data and AI stewards across business functions
- →Design and deliver steward training programs covering governance principles and platform usage
- →Administer and configure Dataiku Govern including model registry and governance workflows
- →Operationalize AI project intake, risk assessment, and sign-off workflows
- →Administer DataHub for enterprise metadata management and data cataloging
- →Manage Azure data governance resources including Purview integrations
- →Organize and facilitate AI and Data Governance Council meetings
- →Develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and procedures
Requirements
- ✓Experience with AI and data governance frameworks and tools
- ✓Knowledge of Dataiku Govern, DataHub, and Azure Purview
- ✓Understanding of regulatory requirements and data protection laws
- ✓Ability to develop training programs and coordinate cross-functional teams
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience with model registry, risk assessment, and compliance artifacts
