About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Software Developer with expertise in Business Intelligence to join our team. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of software applications and BI solutions, ensuring high-quality performance, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and development of complex, scalable software systems and BI reporting solutions.
- →Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- →Create robust data models and complex Data Analysis Expression (DAX) measures to support analytical needs.
- →Explore large datasets, perform data modeling, and integrate Power BI with relational databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- →Mentor team members and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and data visualization.
- →Implement row-level security (RLS), manage workspace security, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- →Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical requirements.
