About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our internal operations team at SonarSource. This role will play a central part in our AI transformation, focusing on solving internal business problems, automating complex processes, and enhancing productivity across departments using cutting-edge AI agents and full-stack tools.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and develop end-to-end AI Agents and full-stack applications that automate complex business processes
→Build and maintain the core AI tech stack, including agent orchestration frameworks and RAG pipelines
→Oversee deployment and management of scalable AI services on cloud platforms
→Identify high-impact opportunities for agentic automation across departments
→Establish governance, security protocols, and best practices for AI development
→Manage the entire lifecycle of internal tools from backend to frontend
→Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence

Requirements

✓5+ years of full-stack development experience
✓Proven experience developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen
✓Strong background in traditional automation development
✓Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
✓Deep understanding of agentic workflow architectures
✓Experience with vector databases and advanced prompt engineering
✓Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
✓Passion for staying current with AI research
