About the Role
As an Account Manager for Universalbanks, you are responsible for the strategic and operational expansion of selected major customers. You act proactively, are regularly on site with your customers, and position the Sopra Steria offerings along the current challenges of Universalbanks – from Regulatory and Payments to Core Banking, Digitalization and Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Intensive care of selected Universalbanks through regular customer appointments – on site and remotely
- →Active sales of our entire consulting and technology portfolio (e.g. Digitalization, IT-Transformation, Data & AI, Payments, Regulatory, Core Banking)
- →Early detection of customer needs and development of individual solution approaches together with specialist and delivery experts
- →Building, maintaining and expanding reliable relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders in the banking sector
- →Development and implementation of customer-specific account strategies including forecasting, pipeline management and action planning
- →Steering and responsibility of the offer process – including pricing, contract design and coordination of all involved internal teams
- →Placement of Sopra Steria as a strategic partner and permanent impulse generator at Universalbanks
- →Ensuring sales, growth and profitability targets throughout the entire account lifecycle
- →Maintenance and documentation of all sales-relevant activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- →Advice means flexibility: Your project deployment is based on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on site with the customer and from home
