About the Role

You will manage product marketing for a defined part of the SBS portfolio. Depending on priorities, this may include digital banking solutions, open banking, basic banking services, fintech, corporate banking services, or neobank solutions. Your work involves defining positioning, launch, understanding, and adoption of these products. You will work closely with product managers, sales, strategy, demand generation, digital and field marketing, content, and communications teams to create clear narratives, strong launches, and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for your part of the portfolio, including strategy, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• →Translate complex product features into clear narratives that resonate with customers and differentiate SBS in the market.
• →Work closely with senior stakeholders, including business unit leaders and product managers, to develop marketing plans that meet the expectations of the entire Client & Growth organization.
• →Create top-tier communication materials for all channels: presentations, sales arguments, sales kits, website content, solution briefs, technical specifications, case studies, articles, white papers, and customer testimonials.
• →Collaborate with product managers and sales to enhance customer retention and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through more compelling sales arguments.
• →Support sales with data-backed positioning and messaging so teams can confidently communicate product value.
• →Integrate competitive information, customer feedback, and market signals into roadmap discussions to help define product direction. Identify and articulate key market problems, leveraging this information to create clear and differentiated messaging and positioning.
• →Conduct continuous competitive analysis to ensure SBS offerings are effectively positioned in the market.
• →Identify and incorporate product differentiators into compelling value propositions that resonate with target customers.
• →Collaborate with marketing teams to drive demand through clear messaging, content ideas, and customer testimonials.
• →Become a product expert for your portfolio, continuously deepening your understanding of capabilities, architecture, and customer impact.
• →Maintain product launch calendars and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and ready to act.
