About the Role

We are looking for a Data Architect to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that works for a client in the aerospace sector. This role involves working in an industrial, stable environment within a multinational team.

Key Responsibilities

→Design data architecture and explain, define, and suggest options.
→Translate strategic vision into technology decisions and define migration paths.
→Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models ensuring performance and scalability.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture solutions with business goals.
→Provide leadership and guidance throughout projects.
→Commit to producing relevant solutions, check deliverables, and optimize delivery.
→Schedule and animate workshops with main stakeholders.
→Define solutions, support, and follow clients to implement data architecture.
→Identify risks, define action plans, and manage difficult situations.
→Ensure viability, operability, scalability, security, economic feasibility, and matching of solutions with needs.

Requirements

✓Experience in designing data architecture.
✓Strong understanding of data modeling.
✓Ability to translate strategic vision into technology decisions.
✓Experience with Data Lake, DataHub, and BI environments.
