About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our supportive and dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with business leaders in Cyber Security and Financial Services to implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, development, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with senior leaders on business goals and align HR strategies
- →Partner with recruitment teams to develop recruitment plans and strategies
- →Roll out and manage talent management processes including performance management and succession planning
- →Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with company values
- →Design initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
- →Partner with the Learning and Development team on training needs and initiatives
- →Welcome new employees, coordinate performance cycles, and manage HR systems
- →Guide the business through changes and implement change management strategies
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HR business partnership, particularly in Cyber Security or Financial Services
- ✓Strong understanding of talent management processes
- ✓Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
- ✓Experience in organizational culture development and employee engagement
- ✓Knowledge of performance management and succession planning
- ✓Change management experience
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
