About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for overseeing operations in Madrid. This role involves managing team organization, planning, and ensuring successful resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand the ecosystem, activities, and challenges at short, medium, and long term to address the mission clearly and adapt team organization
- →Develop, execute, and monitor the transfer plan in collaboration with Banking Components Payments and the local management team in Madrid
- →Ensure recruitment of necessary resources in Madrid and Valencia
- →Track and communicate risks and alerts related to the transformation plan
- →Improve overall delivery processes
- →Provide close support to managers
- →Review processes and team operations (with expert support if needed), including:
- →Understanding challenges faced by teams
- →Development processes
- →Quality
- →Agility
- →Synergy between offer and R&D
- →Synergy between teams
- →Provide periodic reports to the Banking Components Payments direction
