About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pentester specializing in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Hardware security to join our Defense & Security Business Unit and strengthen our cybersecurity agency. This position focuses on offensive security audits in critical industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct on-site interventions for industrial clients in energy, transport, and defense sectors as part of a specialized OT Pentest team
→Perform penetration testing on industrial architectures including SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems
→Audit the security of Operational Technology (OT) networks and industrial protocols
→Analyze firmware of industrial equipment
→Execute hardware attacks using interfaces like UART, JTAG, SPI, and I2C
→Test the security of gateways and embedded devices
→Produce technical reports and hardening recommendations
→Contribute to improving ICS pentest methodologies

Requirements

✓Expertise in industrial protocols: Modbus, OPC-UA, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104
✓Experience with industrial PLCs from Siemens, Schneider, and Rockwell
✓Firmware analysis skills using Ghidra and Binwalk
✓Knowledge of hardware interfaces: JTAG, UART, SPI, SWD
✓Python scripting abilities and experience with OT fuzzing tools
