About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Digital Factory at Sopra Steria. This role focuses on strategy, product management, team leadership, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and lead the construction of digital products (Roadmap, UX/UI, User Stories, Testing).
- →Advise clients on digital trends and challenge their vision.
- →Facilitate co-creation workshops (Design Thinking) and lead follow-up committees.
- →Ensure value delivery by maintaining the link between business needs and the development team.
- →Coach talents in the Factory to create a trusting, demanding, and caring environment.
- →Recruit future talents and lead their skill development.
- →Inspire by example and spread product culture.
- →Explore emerging technology fields, particularly Generative and Agent-based AI.
- →Organize internal and external conferences and events to promote expertise.
- →Co-develop the strategic roadmap for the Digital Factory.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management and digital strategy.
- ✓Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user stories.
- ✓Knowledge of Design Thinking and facilitation techniques.
- ✓Leadership and coaching abilities.
