About the Role
We are looking for an AIT Planning Specialist to join the AIT Department. This role involves managing and implementing planning activities for spacecraft production at the project level.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implementation of AIT planning activities for spacecraft production in Friedrichshafen at the project level
- →Support the AIT manager and project PMO team in creating and maintaining detailed production plans at the project level
- →Proactively gathering input from all project participants and maintaining the AIT plan accordingly
- →Conducting schedule analyses and providing appropriate recommendations to the AIT manager and PMO team
- →Supporting the implementation of new integrated planning processes in coordination with local stakeholders
- →Establishing and maintaining working relationships between stakeholders in the functions, the project, and the PMO
- →Preparation and maintenance of project AIT plans in accordance with project specifications
- →Management of multidisciplinary task links, resource allocations, project milestone tracking, and report-related planning
- →Supporting decision-making at the AIT and project management level through schedule analysis and planning scenario simulations
- →Act as a contact person for AIT planning issues in the project
