About the Role
We are seeking an HR IT Solution Architect to join our team. This role involves assessing and enhancing HR IT landscapes, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with ServiceNow HRSD.
Key Responsibilities
- βAssess current and future Solution Architecture or HR IT Landscape, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and its integration with ServiceNow HRSD
- βAnalyze complex demand/change requests in SAP SuccessFactors and develop configuration/concept designs for implementation
- βCreate and review documentation of HR IT Architecture, Integrations, and Data Models, adhering to compliance and IT Security requirements
- βProvide consulting on Identity and Access Management, including login methods and permission handling
- βAdvise on information security requirements and mitigation of IT Security Risks
- βEnhance system performance analysis, primarily for SuccessFactors
- βProvide consulting on implementing IT regulatory requirements for the Finance and Insurance industry
- βProvide SAP SuccessFactors Provisioning support
Requirements
- β10-14 years of total experience in HR IT Solution Architecture
- βStrong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors: Platform, SAP Cloud, BTP, Story Reports, SuccessFactors EC, and at least 2-3 other modules (preferably Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0)
- βExperience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and SAP Cloud Integration
- βOptional: ServiceNow HRSD and Platform skills
- βOptional: OpenText skills
- βStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- βExcellent consulting, communication, and collaboration skills
- βProven experience in full project lifecycle implementation
