Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze business processes to identify gaps and translate requirements into functional specifications for IT solutions
- →Support application implementation, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and document user requirements with acceptance criteria
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs, recommend system improvements, and validate functionality through testing
- →Must be French B2 level certified, strong in verbal and written French
- →Part of team including French Customer resources and will have constant and regular interactions in French inside the team
Requirements
- ✓6 to 12 years of experience in business analysis
- ✓French B2 level certification
- ✓Strong verbal and written French skills
- ✓Experience in analyzing business processes and identifying gaps
- ✓Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- ✓Experience in supporting application implementation
- ✓Experience in conducting cost-benefit analysis
- ✓Experience in documenting user requirements and acceptance criteria
- ✓Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to refine and validate functional designs
- ✓Experience in recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience
- ✓Experience in validating functional requirements through functional testing
- ✓Good to have experience on Insurance Domain or worked on Data Projects
