About the Role
Join Sopra Steria Next as a Design Consultant and transform complex challenges into intuitive digital solutions for our clients. You'll create digital products, omnichannel experiences, and user-centered services that directly impact user satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct UX analysis, process analysis, and design user flows
- →Participate in discovery and solution definition phases through process analysis, user experience mapping, and user journey design
- →Create wireframes and prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on design decisions
- →Apply user-centered design principles to integrate user needs, business goals, and technological feasibility
- →Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles in all projects
- →Design digital and conversational interfaces with attention to visual hierarchy and micro-interactions
- →Utilize modular design systems to maintain consistency across digital touchpoints
- →Facilitate design handover to development teams with detailed specifications
- →Stay current with design trends and best practices
Requirements
- ✓Strong knowledge of Design Thinking and Product/Service/Experience Design principles
- ✓Proven experience (2+ years) in UX/UI design for digital products (web/mobile), preferably in a consulting environment
- ✓Professional proficiency in at least one visual design tool (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- ✓Understanding of experience design principles and ability to work with wireframes and user flows
- ✓Familiarity with data-driven design approaches
- ✓Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating product, service, or experience design projects
- ✓Experience working in agile/Scrum teams or design sprints
- ✓Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset
