About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own the execution and optimization of paid acquisition for SBS. This hands-on role involves strong ownership over platforms, performance, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, and Retargeting
- →Optimize landing pages, forms, and acquisition flows in collaboration with Digital Marketing & Ops
- →Test messaging, formats, and offers to improve conversion quality
- →Track and analyze acquisition performance at channel and geo level
- →Share insights and recommendations with the Demand Generation Lead
- →Explore and test new acquisition tools and platforms, such as intent data and ABM solutions
Requirements
- ✓Experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms
- ✓Strong understanding of conversion optimization and acquisition funnel
- ✓Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- ✓Knowledge of emerging paid or AI-driven discovery channels
