About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the technical direction of our distributed Java applications. This role involves defining architecture, driving technical governance, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and evolve the technical architecture of distributed, multi-module Java applications
→Lead solution design discussions and establish best practices for Spring Batch, microservices, and API integrations
→Oversee system integration with external platforms, cloud services, and messaging solutions
→Drive end-to-end product release delivery from design to production
→Work with Product Owners, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure CI/CD pipeline efficiency
→Act as a technical mentor for engineers across teams
→Establish coding standards, design reviews, and technical documentation practices
→Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and translate business needs into technical solutions
→Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

✓Extensive experience with Java and distributed systems architecture
✓Strong knowledge of Spring Batch, microservices, and API integrations
✓Experience with messaging solutions like Kafka, ActiveMQ, and IBM MQ
✓Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab
✓Leadership experience in technical governance and team mentorship
✓Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and define technical roadmaps
✓Familiarity with cloud services and modernization strategies
