About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Architect (Cybersecurity) to join Sopra Steria Polska and support a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customers’ security infrastructure. This role focuses on protecting IT systems, networks, and data from cyber threats by developing security frameworks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise customers on projecting Cybersecurity Blueprints in their Cybersecurity Roadmap
- →Review security posture with customer’s product architects and align their design with documented Security Blueprints
- →Ensure security is embedded in DevSecOps and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
- →Design and document how to exploit customer PAM solution concepts in their context
- →Document an implementation plan and support integration teams in deployment and configuration
- →Ensure secure integration of IAM solutions with cloud and enterprise applications
- →Work with IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure security is a shared responsibility
- →Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineers
- →Act as a constructive and structured Security advisor for internal Squads and customer stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Python, DevSecOps, AWS, GitLab, and ArgoCD
- ✓Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- ✓Ability to design and implement security controls and respond to evolving cyber threats
- ✓Experience with PAM and IAM solutions
- ✓Leadership and mentorship experience in a technical role
