About the Role
We are looking for an Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at Sopra Steria in Oslo. This role involves attracting and recruiting new graduates and summer students to support our growth and focus on new talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Screen candidates for recruitment
- →Contact candidates actively over the phone
- →Sell Sopra Steria to candidates
- →Participate in and organize student events
- →Follow up and collaborate with colleagues and leaders throughout the recruitment process
- →Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
Requirements
- ✓Studying HR, organizational psychology, personnel management, leadership, or similar
- ✓Have two years remaining of studies in August
- ✓Have interest in recruitment and employer branding
- ✓Communicate well in Norwegian, both verbally and in writing
- ✓Interested in how data, insights, and AI can develop and streamline our processes
