About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Lead to take responsibility for a complete application perimeter (backend + frontend). This role involves leading developers, defining architecture, ensuring best practices, and guaranteeing the performance, maintainability, and scalability of distributed Java/React.js applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design cloud-ready microservices architectures using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+.
- →Define technical standards including patterns, DDD, API conventions, and security norms.
- →Guide technical decisions and validate strategic directions with architecture.
- →Translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
- →Lead a team of 4 to 10 developers through coaching and skill development.
- →Ensure code quality through systematic reviews and pair/mob programming.
- →Manage technical roadmap, technical debt, and release orchestration.
- →Maintain service continuity through supervision, performance monitoring, and availability.
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+ for backend development.
- ✓Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka.
- ✓Proficiency in designing and maintaining REST APIs with versioning and performance optimization.
- ✓Knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) including query optimization and transaction management.
- ✓Understanding of security protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, and endpoint hardening.
- ✓Frontend development experience with React 18+, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit.
- ✓Ability to integrate Design Systems (internal, Material UI, or equivalent).
- ✓Experience with state management, rendering optimization, and hydration.
- ✓Implementation of testing frameworks: Cypress and Jest.
- ✓Advanced CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or Jenkins with Docker artifacts.
- ✓Deployment experience with Kubernetes (Helm/Kustomize).
- ✓Familiarity with observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and distributed tracing.
- ✓Commitment to engineering practices: Clean Code, TDD, and automated coverage.
