About the Role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team at Sopra Steria. This role focuses on transforming complex challenges into intuitive and visually engaging digital solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Realize digital interfaces that are visually harmonious, intuitive, and responsive
- →Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and product owners to ensure seamless integration between visual design and expected functionality
- →Create high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- →Contribute to the development and maintenance of modular design systems
- →Integrate qualitative and quantitative feedback to optimize layout, visual hierarchies, and micro-interactions
- →Apply brand guidelines on every digital project to ensure visual consistency
- →Design inclusive interfaces that conform to WCAG standards
- →Create detailed documentation for hand-off to the development team
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- ✓2 years of experience in UI design for digital products (web/mobile), preferably in a consulting firm
- ✓Strong proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- ✓Solid knowledge of responsive design, layout, typography, color theory, and composition
- ✓Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS)
- ✓Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects with attention to detail
- ✓Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset
