About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at SoSafe, a leading human risk management provider in Europe. This role focuses on maintaining and evolving financial models to ensure transparency on our financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the core financial models, maintaining and evolving our integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement
- →Monitor departmental spending, identify cost drivers, and ensure efficient resource allocation
- →Act as the finance sparring partner for departmental leads, helping with budget planning, ROI tracking, and financial impact evaluation
- →Monitor and analyze SaaS-specific KPIs such as ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), CAC Payback, and Magic Number
- →Lead the coordination of rolling forecasts and collaborate on the annual budgeting process
- →Prepare monthly reporting packages and contribute to Board decks and investor updates
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Controlling, preferably from scale-up SaaS or large professional services environments
- ✓Proven track record of working with complex financial statements and rigorous budget tracking in a scale-up environment
- ✓Expert-level knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow integration
- ✓Sharp eye for detail and experience digging into the general ledger to understand variances
- ✓Solid grasp of revenue recognition, subscription mechanics, and key drivers of a recurring revenue business model
- ✓Power User in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP-to-FP&A integrations or BI tools is highly valued
- ✓Excellent communication in English; German is an advantage
