About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join So Shall We, a growth-focused consulting and execution partner for mid-market businesses in the US. This role involves end-to-end ownership of client accounts, driving on-time, on-scope work, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
→Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss strategy, and address concerns.
→Lead the client onboarding process, gathering requirements and coordinating with internal teams for smooth campaign launches.
→Develop strategic guidance based on client goals and objectives.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
→Provide regular updates and transparent reporting on campaign performance.
→Stay updated with industry trends and performance marketing best practices.
→Ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

✓5+ years in account management or client services, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
✓Ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✓Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
✓Proven record of exceptional client service and driving client satisfaction and retention.
✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
✓Strong background in performance marketing with solid understanding of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
