THE TEAM:
The Revenue Operations team sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring alignment across the entire revenue lifecycle. We partner closely with GTM leadership to drive efficiency, visibility, and scalable growth by building the systems, processes, and insights that power revenue execution.
THE ROLE:
As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will own the strategy and execution of our revenue operations function. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing the end-to-end revenue engineβfrom lead to renewalβwhile enabling our go-to-market teams with the tools, data, and processes they need to perform at a high level. Youβll act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership, translating business goals into operational reality.
WHAT YOUβLL BE DOING:
- Own and optimize the full revenue lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, deal execution, renewals, and expansions
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to align on revenue strategy, targets, and operating cadence
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable revenue processes and workflows across GTM teams
- Own the revenue tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, analytics tools) and ensure systems are accurate, integrated, and adopted
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and forecasts to provide clear visibility into performance and trends
- Develop and administer compensation plans, quota setting, territory design, and incentive structures in partnership with Finance and leadership
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and change management
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership by translating data into insights and actionable recommendations
THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of the full B2B revenue lifecycle and GTM motions (Sales-led, PLG, or hybrid)
- Deep experience owning and administering CRM systems (HubSpot) and related revenue tools
- Proven ability to build forecasting models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that drive decision-making
- Experience designing compensation plans, quotas, and territory models
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives
