About the Role
We are looking for a Performance & Compliance Process Analyst to join our team based in Exeter. This full-time permanent role focuses on improving data quality, consistency, and efficiency within Wastewater Services through process documentation, training, and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- →Map and document processes for data and reporting outputs across wastewater services
- →Ensure teams have appropriate training, documentation, and tools to follow processes
- →Monitor and report on effectiveness of existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities
- →Gather requirements for new data submissions and reports, designing and implementing processes
- →Maintain and update documentation within the MCERTS quality management system
- →Coordinate data and reporting outputs including Environmental Information Requests and Annual Performance Reports
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- ✓Experience in process mapping, data governance, or business process improvement
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Understanding of wastewater operations, environmental data, or regulatory reporting (desirable)
- ✓Proficiency in data management tools and documentation systems
- ✓Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
