About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Starlink Customer Operations department at SpaceX. This role involves analyzing customer data to improve both customer experience and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct analyses using SQL queries and other methods to identify issues and opportunities impacting customers
- →Integrate with all levels of the business to understand workflows and identify systematic gaps
- →Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards to quantify operation health
- →Develop automation to mitigate business risk and create efficiencies
- →Ensure data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality
- →Train internal users on dashboard and tool usage
- →Improve data capture for future Customer Operations use cases
- →Support new market launches and cross-functional strategic initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree
- ✓2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations or related fields
- ✓1+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- ✓Ability to work with long hours and travel between sites as needed
- ✓Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
