About the Role
We are looking for a Global Operations Manager to join SpaceX's Starlink team. This role combines business planning, analysis, and strategy to support Starlink's leadership and global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop comprehensive execution plans for market requirements and rapid growth of operations
- →Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation timeliness and operational health
- →Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals within Starlink
- →Identify initiatives to improve Starlink's business outlook and lead implementation of process enhancements
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong networking and ensure compliance
- →Support and educate internal stakeholders on market requirements and timeframes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance
- ✓4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning
- ✓1+ year experience based abroad or working with operations outside of the United States
- ✓1+ year of experience with analytical skills (e.g., Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling)
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 50%
- ✓Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends
- ✓U.S. citizenship or eligible status as per ITAR requirements
