About the Role
We are looking for a Network Engineer to join the Starlink Community Gateway team at SpaceX. This role involves defining, building, and deploying key product features and capabilities that unlock new use cases and advance global connectivity. You will work directly with hardware and customers to improve performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work directly with Community Gateway hardware and customers to improve performance, reliability, and resolve technical issues
- →Provide pre-sales support to sales teams, acting as the technical subject matter expert
- →Develop processes and guides to streamline customer integration with the Starlink network
- →Collaborate with various teams to define and implement product requirements
- →Support activation of new installations from initial connectivity through customer integration
- →Travel to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and integration support
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline; OR 2+ years of professional networking experience
- ✓1+ years of networking experience deploying enterprise network solutions
- ✓Professional experience with deployment of networking hardware
- ✓Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- ✓Must be willing to travel to other offices, vendors, partners, and customers
