About the Role
ServiceNow’s Office of the CISO team is seeking a Cloud Security Professional to enhance security and communicate ServiceNow’s security features globally. This role involves working closely with various departments and addressing security-related questions from prospects, customers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Customer Security Engagement & Sales Support through pre/post-sales activities, customer calls, questionnaires, and contract reviews
- →Security Incident Management & Investigation, including incident handling, escalation, investigation, and remediation
- →Strategic Security Messaging & Industry Leadership, involving evangelism, industry participation, and customer experience coordination
- →Cross-Functional Security Leadership, providing team leadership and contract negotiation duties
Requirements
- ✓Broad security background and excellent communication skills
- ✓Ability to navigate questionnaires and review contracts
- ✓Experience in addressing customer inquiries and driving security meetings
- ✓Skill in delivering presentations at conferences
- ✓Ability to rebut cloud technology myths and provide support during security incidents
- ✓Experience in resolving security issues and conducting postmortems
- ✓Capability to spearhead structural or design changes to enhance security posture
