Key Responsibilities
- →Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
- →Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
- →Source candidates, including those not actively looking
- →Recommend top candidates for interviews after screening
- →Give tours to candidates before their on-site interviews
- →Attend interviews alongside client groups to evaluate candidates
- →Manage the offer process, including background checks, offer negotiations, and extending offer letters
- →Coordinate the candidate experience during busy interview periods
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
- ✓Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- ✓Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, Refugee, or Asylee, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
