Starlink Growth Lead, South Dakota at Spacex

About the Role

We are looking for a Starlink Growth Lead to own consumer subscriber acquisition and growth across the state of South Dakota. This role will be responsible for building and executing local growth strategies through various initiatives to expand broadband access to households and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own Starlink’s consumer subscriber growth strategy and execution for South Dakota, fully responsible for achieving ambitious growth targets
• →Serve as Starlink’s local market owner, accountable for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance
• →Execute business development strategies to expand Starlink’s consumer presence across the state
• →Identify, evaluate, and build new customer acquisition channels with various partners
• →Drive deal execution from opportunity identification through commercial agreements
• →Represent Starlink in external discussions with prospective commercial partners and community stakeholders
• →Lead local marketing and awareness initiatives including field marketing, community events, and grassroots campaigns
• →Build Starlink’s brand presence and visibility throughout the state
• →Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback to influence product offerings
• →Track and report on subscriber acquisition performance and campaign ROI
• →Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to execute growth programs
• →Develop and execute pilots and growth experiments to identify high-performing acquisition channels
