About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support our growing Finance and Operations teams at SPAN. In this role, you will work with leadership and a cross-functional team to connect numbers and metrics to SPAN’s core strategic and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect, develop, and manage business intelligence solutions for SPAN.
- →Build reports and dashboards to show key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areas and maintain them on an ongoing basis.
- →Surface insights from multiple data sources to support complex financial and operational analysis.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, People, and Finance.
- →Act as a consulting resource for data architecture and data model creation across the enterprise.
- →Create and maintain documentation for the BI infrastructure.
- →Provide recommendations to leadership on best practices and continual improvement in BI and systems landscape.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in architecting, developing, and managing business intelligence solutions.
- ✓Ability to build reports and dashboards to show key performance indicators.
- ✓Strong skills in surface insights from multiple data sources for financial and operational analysis.
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- ✓Knowledge of data architecture and data model creation.
- ✓Ability to create and maintain documentation for BI infrastructure.
- ✓Bonus: Experience with VBA.
