About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Sparta, the next-generation commodity trading platform. This role involves being the cross-functional owner directly responsible for a product’s success, working at the intersection of customers, business, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own discovery through delivery, identifying real user problems and turning insights into clear problem statements
- →Drive execution and prioritisation, owning the backlog and aligning teams around clear goals
- →Be the voice of the customer, developing deep empathy for user workflows and decision-making
- →Shape product strategy and roadmap, defining and communicating a clear product vision
- →Influence and align across teams, building trusted relationships across various departments
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software product environment
- ✓Proven ability to own a product portfolio from discovery through launch and iteration
- ✓Hands-on experience using product analytics and customer feedback to guide decisions
- ✓Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams
- ✓Interest in data-driven products; commodities or financial markets experience is a plus
