About the Role
Spin.AI is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our cybersecurity team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating qualified demo meetings through outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to build a predictable pipeline meeting quarterly revenue goals
- →Execute outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn using tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- →Identify and research target accounts using an ABM approach
- →Engage prospects through personalized sequences and qualify them for demo meetings
- →Manage your pipeline, track engagement, and refine messaging for better conversion
- →Report on outreach metrics, activity levels, and conversion performance weekly
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR roles
- ✓Proven record of meeting or exceeding meeting and pipeline goals
- ✓Understanding of ABM methodology and multi-channel outreach
- ✓Advanced English and Ukrainian (strong written and verbal communication)
- ✓Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and BDR tools
- ✓Strong organization and time-management skills
- ✓Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand cybersecurity SaaS products
