About the role
As we expand our performance marketing team, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts across paid social channels for both web and app platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our digital marketing campaigns across channels, such as Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat and others. You will design and execute data-driven UA strategies, optimize performance funnels, and collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver exceptional results in diverse international markets.
What you'll be doing
β’ Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other paid social platforms for both web and app.
β’ Manage end-to-end campaign operations from setup and budgeting to optimization with a focus on hitting performance goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
β’ Manage the process of briefing creatives, particularly UGCs, both with internal and external creative production teams.
β’ Support the social media team with boosted posts.
β’ Continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize impact across social channels.
β’ Collaborate with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns across diverse markets.
β’ Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunities.
β’ Run structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve funnel conversion at every stage.
β’ Stay on top of paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
β’ Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform reps to gain access to betas, insights, and strategic support.
What you'll bring
β’ 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, with a strong focus on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Twitter.
β’ Proven ability to manage campaigns across both web and app, driving measurable impact on key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
β’ Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
β’ Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social performance tools; familiarity with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
β’ Strong analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data, building experiments, and scaling what works.
β’ Solid understanding of the broader digital marketing mix, including creative strategy, funnel optimization, and cross-channel collaboration.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with close collaboration across creative, analytics, BI, and product teams.
