About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join Spotify’s Marketing team in Paris. This role will be part of the Consumer Marketing team in the Western Europe region, responsible for developing and implementing Spotify’s consumer marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement creator engagement strategies to target local video-based creators
- →Help develop a funnel of new podcast talent through stakeholder engagement
- →Drive partnerships with key video creators and agents
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partners and add strategic value
- →Plan creator engagement and training programs, and creator events
- →Be an expert across Spotify’s suite of creator and monetization tools
- →Use data, insights, and audience trends to inform recommendations
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or a creative agency
- ✓Hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- ✓Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to translate global strategy into locally resonant storytelling
- ✓Comfortable working with performance data and turning insights into marketing recommendations
- ✓Understanding of French cultural codes and trends shaping Gen Z and digital communities
- ✓Highly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders
- ✓Experience working in entertainment, media, music, podcast, or tech
- ✓Experience managing brand social channels and understanding algorithms
- ✓Experience working with influencers or creator marketing programs
- ✓Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- ✓Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
