Creator Growth Lead - Podcasts & Video at spotify

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Creator Growth Lead for Podcasts & Video to help build the next chapter for Spotify's podcast growth. This role involves setting the vision and growth operating model for creator and catalog growth, combining strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional influence to ensure meaningful long-term growth. You will report to the Global Director of Creator Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• →Understand creator segments, journey, industry trends, and evolving needs to identify and execute crucial elements for creator acquisition, activation, and retention.
• →Drive idea generation and lead execution for key campaigns and full-funnel experiments from brainstorming to post-analysis.
• →Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing & CRM, and Insights & Analytics to design and execute across creator channels and product experiences.
• →Act as connective tissue across teams by building and leading the growth operating model and aligning cross-functional teams around shared KPIs.
• →Partner with Insights and Analytics to develop growth measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
• →Build alignment and influence at all levels, including regular touch points with podcast and company leadership.
