AntiSocial, a social-first digital marketing agency, is seeking a versatile Content Creator, Generalist to join their growing team. This hands-on role focuses on creating and executing content across multiple platforms and clients, with room to ideate and experiment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers, and producers to bring ideas to life
- →Contribute to ideation, trends, and content concepts when developing social and campaign work
- →Adapt content quickly based on performance, feedback, and platform trends
- →Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-moving agency environment
- →Shoot, edit, and deliver social-first content across a range of formats and quality levels
- →Create platform-native content for channels like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social
- →Edit short-form video with strong pacing, sound, captions, and visual storytelling
Requirements
- ✓2 to 4 years of experience creating content for social platforms
- ✓Strong shooting and editing skills, including phone-based lo-fi content and higher-production DSLR or mirrorless workflows
- ✓Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
- ✓A strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content best practices
- ✓An eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency
- ✓Ideation skills and the ability to contribute creative ideas is a strong plus
- ✓A portfolio that shows a range of styles, formats, and production levels
