About the Role

Spotify is seeking a Director of Scaled Sales & Vendor Operations to lead the global vendor ecosystem for the Emerging and Scaled Sales organization. This leadership role involves defining vision, operating models, and performance strategies for vendor-led sales programs across EMEA, North America, and JAPAC. You will architect scalable systems, drive operational excellence, and unlock new revenue opportunities at global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• →Build and own global strategy and operations for vendor-led sales aligned with revenue goals
• →Define operating models for vendor support in new business acquisition and account management
• →Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing vendor teams to achieve revenue and efficiency goals
• →Establish performance management frameworks with KPIs and forecasting methodologies
• →Design scalable outbound sales playbooks and onboarding frameworks for SMB advertisers
• →Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Training to create data-driven sales motions
• →Develop leadership training and certification standards for consistent execution
• →Champion operational excellence by improving workflows and tools
• →Use data and experimentation to evaluate funnel performance and vendor health
• →Identify opportunities for automation and tooling to improve productivity
• →Partner with regional sales leaders and cross-functional teams for alignment
• →Act as a global thought leader sharing best practices across regions
