About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Partner Product and Delivery to join our global team and lead Spotify's Premium Partnerships projects in Asia, Middle East, and Africa. This role involves operational and day-to-day responsibility for technical implementation and performance of partnerships, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Partner Product and Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in initial discussions with potential partners to explain distribution of premium offerings
- →Work with the business team on technical setup of partnerships
- →Ensure delivery of Spotify's commitments and follow-up on partner commitments
- →Document all partner actions to track changes
- →Develop tooling with R&D to scale the business
Requirements
- ✓Experience in telecom, Internet start-up, media, or digital music industry
- ✓Technology background with project or product focus
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- ✓Proficient in written and spoken English; Arabic and French are a merit
- ✓Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to step in when needed
- ✓Strong collaboration and team play skills
- ✓Strong presentation skills and success in working directly with partners
- ✓Proven record in technical leadership and explaining complex relations to technical and business people
- ✓Experience working under deadlines and prioritizing multiple projects
- ✓Willingness to travel to meet partners
- ✓Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, BigQuery, JIRA, Github, Gemini, ChatGPT, AI, Unix, and Shell scripting
- ✓Experience writing software in Java or Python is advantageous
