About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Spotify for Artists Marketing team in New York. This role involves crafting products for artists, labels, managers, and music marketers, and bringing these products to market to enhance their impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the go-to-market strategy and ongoing release cadence for flagship products for artists and their teams from ideation to launch and adoption.
- →Collaborate with Product teams on developing new products, including product value proposition, communication strategy, naming, and pricing.
- →Work closely with Sales and partner-facing teams to bring products to market thoughtfully.
- →Develop marketing programs and campaigns to drive product engagement in partnership with the wider Spotify for Artists Marketing team.
- →Lead thinking and analysis to better understand artists’ needs and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product marketing for a media or tech company.
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, research, and sales functions.
- ✓Experience influencing product development and product strategy.
- ✓Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs.
- ✓Strong communicator with experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams.
- ✓Comfortable developing marketing strategies and campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- ✓Strong personal organization and project management abilities.
- ✓Preferred: Experience in the music industry, experience with advertising tools.
