About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Workplace Coordinator to join our Workplace Experience Services team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on creating exceptional office environments that inspire creativity and productivity while reflecting Spotify's vibrant culture. You will be responsible for shaping daily employee experiences through operational excellence and cultural initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create exceptional workplace experiences by coordinating maintenance, snacks, beverages, and ensuring spaces align with Spotify's brand
- →Drive vibrant office culture by curating creative events and moments that foster belonging and joy
- →Lead local operations through proactive vendor management, strong service quality, and ownership of day-to-day office functions
- →Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to anticipate needs, optimize services, and implement efficient workplace processes
- →Collaborate across regions and functions to align local practices with global workplace vision and standards
Requirements
- ✓4+ years experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or related field
- ✓Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to make people feel welcome, supported, and inspired
- ✓Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- ✓Proactive problem-solving attitude with focus on improving processes
- ✓Clear and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
- ✓Understanding of diverse cultures and commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces
- ✓Comfort using AI tools and various technology platforms
- ✓Proficiency in English and the local language
- ✓Experience working in global or multi-site environment is a plus
