About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join SpotOn, a company that empowers independent restaurants with innovative technology solutions. This role will focus on the Merchant Dashboard, the central control center for restaurant operators within SpotOn's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the product strategy for SpotOn's restaurant software suite
- →Own and manage the product roadmap, making data-informed decisions
- →Bring an innovative mindset to product design and vision
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input and deliver solutions
- →Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities
- →Lead a continuous cycle of experimentation and iteration
- →Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the product's advocate
- →Collaborate on the creation of positioning for products
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality software
- ✓Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
- ✓Technically fluent with the ability to engage with engineers and understand systems architecture
- ✓Metrics-driven work style that leverages data for decision-making
- ✓Exceptional communication skills to articulate product vision and tradeoffs
- ✓Ability to understand customer needs and interactions with products
- ✓Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and manage complexity
- ✓Hands-on restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
