About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager, New Business to join Spring Health, a company revolutionizing mental healthcare by removing barriers to care. This role will develop and execute narratives and materials to drive customer acquisition across key verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead development of Spring Health’s core pitch narratives and demo storylines, tailored for buyer personas
- →Build and scale industry-specific toolkits for Sales across verticals including healthcare, retail, and finance
- →Serve as strategic marketing partner on jumbo deals, developing finalist presentations and customer-facing content
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Product, and Marketing teams
- →Maintain and evolve a library of sales-ready assets reflecting the latest product capabilities
- →Leverage market trends, buyer feedback, and competitive activity in messaging and asset development
Requirements
- ✓6–8 years of product marketing or related experience with a strong track record in new business acquisition
- ✓Expertise in developing compelling sales narratives and industry-specific value propositions
- ✓Experience collaborating on large, strategic deals in a competitive market
- ✓Strong communicator with executive presence and attention to detail
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance strategic and tactical work
- ✓Prior experience in healthtech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth environments preferred
