Dans le cadre du renforcement du dispositif actuel, recherche un ou une Scrum Master pour accompagner l’équipe du produit RFI (RH – Finances – Immobilier).
Le ou la Scrum Master expérimenté(e) sera capable d’accompagner une équipe produit dans l’application concrète du cadre Scrum, en favorisant la collaboration, l’autonomie de l’équipe et l’amélioration continue, dans un environnement applicatif mêlant applications internes et progiciels métiers.
Votre rôle sera de soutenir l’équipe dans son fonctionnement agile, de faciliter les échanges, de lever les obstacles et de contribuer à créer les conditions permettant à l’équipe de délivrer de la valeur de manière efficace et durable.
En tant que Scrum Master, vous accompagnez l’équipe RFI dans la mise en œuvre et le respect du cadre Scrum, en favorisant la transparence, la collaboration et l’amélioration continue.
Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de :
• faciliter l’application du cadre Scrum au sein de l’équipe
• organiser et animer les cérémonies Scrum (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Rétrospective)
• coacher l’équipe dans l’adoption et l’amélioration de ses pratiques agiles
• favoriser la collaboration entre développeurs, Business Analysts et gestionnaire de produit
• identifier et lever les impédiments pouvant freiner l’avancement des sprints
• contribuer à la structuration et à la priorisation du backlog produit
• assurer la transparence sur l’avancement des travaux
• accompagner l’équipe dans l’utilisation des outils agiles, notamment Azure DevOps
