The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.
StackAdapt is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and elevate our paid social programs across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms. This role drives full-funnel growth through innovative channel strategy, hands-on execution, creative leadership, and continuous optimization.
While paid social is the primary focus (80%), you’ll also provide support for paid search (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube) and programmatic (display, native, CTV, DOOH) as needed, collaborating closely with our Paid Search lead and gaining exposure to search best practices along the way. Search and programmatic experience is beneficial but not required.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of data-driven rigor and creative intuition, excels in fast-paced environments, and operates as a proactive, independent owner of their channel. This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.
What You'll Be Doing:
Paid Social Strategy & Execution
• Own paid social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
• Translate GTM priorities, product messaging, and campaign briefs into channel-specific plans.
• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns end-to-end: audience segmentation, targeting, bidding, pacing, and testing.
• Lead creative direction for paid social, developing platform-tailored creative frameworks and partnering with Brand & Content to shape concepts, hooks, and messaging.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, creative AI, automation platforms) to improve workflows, accelerate ideation, and optimize creative and targeting efficiency.
• Ensure platform hygiene, troubleshoot issues (tracking, UTMs, integrations), and maintain strong operational foundations.
• Serve as the primary owner of StackAdapt’s paid social program, collaborating closely with our performance marketers to ensure unified planning, insights, and measurement across channels.
• Provide secondary support for paid search and programmatic channels as needed, gaining exposure to search best practices through cross-training (experience a plus, willingness to learn required).
Campaign Optimization & Performance Management
• Monitor daily and weekly performance to optimize targeting, placements, creative, and bidding strategies.
• Build and manage multi-touch, full-funnel campaign structures supporting awareness, engagement, retargeting, and pipeline acceleration.
• Apply attribution models effectively and contextualize social performance across the buyer journey.
• Develop hypotheses and execute testing roadmaps designed to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
• Identify new platform features, beta opportunities, and competitive trends to strengthen performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Integrated Campaigns to align paid social activation with goals, timelines, and content plans.
• Work with Product Marketing to refine audience positioning, value propositions, and narrative angles.
• Collaborate with Brand & Creative on paid-first storytelling, creative direction, and asset development.
• Align with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, scoring, routing, and CRM data flow (HubSpot expertise preferred).
• Support international regions (EMEA, APAC) by advising on paid social best practices and adapting strategies as needed.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
• Own paid social dashboards and reporting cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals.
• Track KPIs across awareness, engagement, CPL, conversion rates, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
• Deliver QBR-style insights decks that communicate performance, learnings, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor industry benchmarks and competitive activity to inform testing and strategic adjustments.
Ownership & Leadership
• Act as StackAdapt’s paid social expert, raising channel understanding and performance expectations across the team.
• Document playbooks, workflows, testing frameworks, and best practices for ongoing optimization.
• Provide informal coaching on paid social strategy and execution.
• Independently manage high-visibility programs and escalate only when strategic direction is needed.
• Champion strong QA, operational excellence, and a bias toward action.
What You'll Bring to the Table
• 3-5+ years of experience in paid social or digital advertising (B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech preferred).
• Hands-on executional expertise across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social retargeting strategies.
• Experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube) is a plus; willingness to learn is required.
• Experience running Display, Native, CTV, DOOH ads through a platform like StackAdapt is a plus; willingness to learn is required.
• Strong understanding of attribution, UTM strategy, CRM integrations (HubSpot preferred), and data interpretation.
• Ability to translate business objectives into intuitive, high-performing campaign architectures.
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior and how paid social drives full-funnel growth and pipeline acceleration.
• Exceptional creative instincts paired with analytical rigor.
• Strong cross-functional communication and alignment skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, project management, and channel troubleshooting capabilities.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
