The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. KAP equips associates with the tools, mindsets, and community to succeed as social entrepreneurs—individuals excited to find new and better ways to break barriers and eliminate injustice. Associates spend one day each week engaging in experiential learning with Stand Together Fellowships and work at one of our many partner organizations the rest of the week. Our curriculum is designed to supercharge your development and equip you for long-term success as you seek to have an impact on the problems that prevent people from realizing their potential. Â
About the Organization
Young Voices’ mission is to cultivate the next generation of thought leaders for liberty in policy, journalism, and academia. Founded in 2013, Young Voices mentors and promotes 100+ pro-liberty communicators each year through our flagship Contributor Program, helping them place 150+ media hits per month in print, radio, and TV .
Â
Founded in 2022 under the Young V oices umbrella, the Dissident Project amplifies the voices of immigrants who fled tyranny and now share their lived experiences with students across the United States. Through virtual and in-person engagements at middle schools, high schools, and colleges, Dissidents foster dialogue and civic understanding. The project also supports a media fellowship that trains select participants to produce content for social media. Since its launch, the Dissident Project has delivered more than 175 speeches, reaching an average of 253 students per event in 2025.

About the Role
Young Voices is seeking a Content Creator — a working digital creator and classical liberal voice who can help develop the next generation of liberty communicators.
This is a rare kind of role: The ideal candidate is already building an audience, already active in legacy and digital media, and already living the career trajectory that Young Voices’ contributor program is designed to produce. They will bring that firsthand experience to bear as a content creator, program co-designer, and talent coach — all at once.
Based in New York City or Washington, DC, the Content Creator will produce original content, maintain a regular media presence, cultivate relationships across the NYC or DC media scene, and work directly with contributors to accelerate their growth as digital voices for liberty.
The Content Creator reports to the Director of Programs and is a full-time position with flexibility for remote work. Young Voices operates on a hybrid work schedule, with two WFH days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Public Presence
• Produce consistent, high-quality content across digital platforms, advancing classical liberal ideas — from policy and economics to culture and the good life.
• Secure and fulfill regular appearances in legacy media — broadcast, podcast, and print — in coordination with Young Voices media staff.
Program Development
• Co-design programs with the Director of Programs, bringing firsthand creator economy experience to the curriculum.
• Review and approve training materials to ensure they reflect current platform realities and the needs of early-career digital creators.
• Monitor the digital creator landscape for emerging platforms, formats, and strategies
Talent Development
• Identify and coach high-potential digital commentators in YV’s contributor program on building their digital presence and personal brand.
• Deliver select training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for YV’s contributors and partners
• Collaborate with Young Voices' talent and institutional social media channels through cross-promotion, co-created content, and platform appearances.
Institutional
• Represent Young Voices at events, conferences, and partner institutions.
• Cultivate relationships with producers, editors, podcast hosts, and creators in the NYC/DC media scene on behalf of Young Voices.
• Host/moderate Young Voices’ in-person debate events in New York/DC as needed.
Qualifications:
• An established public voice in the classical liberal or broader liberty movement, with an active and growing audience across at least one major platform.
• Demonstrated experience as a working creator in the digital media landscape.
• 3-6+ years of experience in legacy media (broadcast or print) preferred; candidates outside this range are also encouraged to apply
• Strong coaching and mentorship instincts.
• Familiarity with the creator economy's tools, incentive structures, and pitfalls, and the ability to translate that knowledge into practical program design.
• A track record of identifying emerging trends in digital media before they become conventional wisdom.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to tailor messaging across platforms and audiences.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City or Washington, DC.
• Deep alignment with Young Voices' pro-liberty mission.
